PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation by a load due to natural environment.SOLUTION: It is provided with at least one cylindrical structure erected from the ground, and at least one support structure section attached above the cylindrical structure and support an object to be supported, the support structure section being configured by a skeletal structure.
