PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinating stool being closely placed in the front end of a western style toilet bowl, the urinating stool that prevents a thigh portion of trousers from coming in contact with a toilet stool at urination and is closed after use and can be made small.SOLUTION: A urinating stool 1 concerning the present invention is provided so as to be closely placed at the front end of a western style toilet bowl 2. The urinating stool is constituted of: a vertically-placed cylindrical part having a circular top plate at the position higher than a toilet stool upper surface, and having no side plate at the rear in proximity to the toilet stool; an outer cylinder block formed of any one of left and right side plate circumference side ends of the cylindrical part rear, substantially the upper part of the toilet stool integrally formed from the top plate to the outside rear, and an extension part extended along the outer edge; and further, an inner cylinder block formed of a small circle cylindrical part internally fitted in the cylindrical member of the outer cylinder block in a rotatable manner, the side plate circumference side end of the small circle cylindrical part of the opposite side to the extension part of the outer cylinder block, substantially the upper part of the toilet stool integrally formed from the top plate to the outside rear, and the extension part extended along the outer edge. 【課題】洋式便器の前端に近接させて置く小用スツールにおいて、小便時にズボンの大腿部分が便器に接触することがなく、使用後は閉じて小さくできる小用スツールを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る小用スツール１は、洋式便器２の前端に近接させて置く小用スツールであって、便器上面よりも高位置の円形の天板を有し、便器に近接した背面には側板がない、縦置きの円筒部と、円筒部背面の左右何れかの側板円周側端部と天板から、一体となって外側後方へ、概ね便器の上部とその外縁に沿って延伸された、延伸部とで形成される外筒ブロックと、更に、外筒ブロックの円筒部に回転可能に内嵌される、小円筒部と、外筒ブロックの延伸部とは反対側の、小円筒部の側板円周側端部と天板から、一体となって外側後方へ、概ね便器の上部とその外縁に沿って延伸された、延伸部とで形成される内筒ブロックと、で構成し、使用時は両の延伸部を左右に開いて使用する。【選択図】図１
