PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a natural stone-like shaped body that can be manufactured relatively easily, and to provide the shaped body.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a first process to prepare a shaped body 13 made of a lantern, an artificial stone, a car stop or a block, which is made of either one or two or more of concrete, mortar, resin, wood and metal; and a second process to spray-coat a surface of the shaped body 13 with a mixture A of granules of a natural stone having a predetermined grain size or less, a water-repellent resin adhesive that contains water, is water dispersible, and irreversibly hardens due to evaporation of the water and turns to be transparent after hardening, and a viscosity controlling material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
