MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BAMBOO FIBER PAVEMENT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a bamboo fiber pavement material in which cracking and chipping do not occur.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a crushing process (step 1) for crushing a bamboo such as Moso bamboo, Japanese bamboo, small bamboo, and the like, into small pieces of a required size; a pressure kneading process (step 2) for pressure kneading the crushed small pieces of bamboo with a pressure extruding device with an internal pressure of at least 15 kg/cmor more; a swelling and diffusing process (step 3) in which the pressure kneaded bamboo is cut into a minced state with a cutter and then discharged in air from a porous nozzle; a saccharide removal process (step 4 to step 8) for removing saccharide from the fibrillated bamboo fiber chopped strands from which hard tissue and soft tissue were dissolved and the cell wall forming cellulose and hemicellulose were dissociated from lignin by the swelling and diffusing process (step 3); and a mixing process (step 9) for mixing the saccharide-removed bamboo fiber chopped strands with a solidification material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ひび割れや欠けを生じることがない竹繊維舗装材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】孟宗竹、和竹、笹竹等の竹材を所要の小片に破砕する破砕工程(ステップ1)と、破砕した小片の竹材を、加圧押出装置により少なくともその内部圧力が15Kg/cm2以上で加圧混練する加圧混練工程(ステップ2)と、加圧混練した竹材を、カッターで裁断してミンチ状にして多孔なノズルより大気中に吐出する膨潤拡散工程(ステップ3)と、膨潤拡散工程(ステップ3)によって、硬組織と柔組織とを解体し、細胞壁を形成するセルロース及びヘミセルロースをリグニンより解離させた解繊状の竹繊維チョップドストランドから糖類を除去する糖類除去工程(ステップ4〜ステップ8)と、糖類を除去した竹繊維チョップドストランドを固化材に混合する混合工程(ステップ9)。【選択図】図1
