PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joist holder hardware, a floor structure, and a construction method of a floor structure capable of preventing the contact between the joist and the joist holder hardware, even in the case of constructing the joist to attach in advance to a floor substrate panel.SOLUTION: A joist holder hardware 1 holds an end portion of a joist 5 bridged between floor beams 3, and includes a fix part 6 fixed to the floor beam 3, and a receiving portion 7 to hold an end portion of the joists 5 which is formed projecting in the horizontal direction from the beam 3. And the receiving portion 7 includes a bottom plate 9 on which the bottom surface of the joists 5 is placed, a pair of side plates 10 rising from both edges of the bottom plate 9 and facing each other with a distance greater than the width of the joists 5, and a pair of bulging portions 11 respectively formed at the upper ends of the side plates 10 and bulging towards each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
