PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting staircase having a light deflection function excellent in a daylighting function, and a lighting staircase system having a light deflection function.SOLUTION: A lighting staircase 10 having a light deflection function comprises treads 1 and riser parts 2. At least one of the tread and the riser part is a light deflection member having light permeability and light deflection property.
