SCREW JOINT WITH MECHANISM TO PREVENT INVERSE ROTATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw joint with a mechanism to prevent an inverse rotation without enlarging a size of the screw joint.SOLUTION: A screw joint 1 with a mechanism to prevent an inverse rotation consists of a threaded male joint 3 and a female joint 7 having an inner shoulder part 5 to connect a steel pipe 9 by using the screw joint attached at an end of the steel pipe 9, which comprises the mechanism 11 to prevent the inverse rotation, wherein the mechanism 11 to prevent the inverse rotation is provided with: a first cutout 13 formed at a tip of the male joint 3; a second cutout 15 formed in the inner shoulder 5 of the female joint 7; a through-hole 19 formed continuously from an outer peripheral surface of the female joint 7 to the second cutout 15 and formed with a female screw part 17; a key groove 21 formed by configuring the first cutout 13 and the second cutout 15 in series in a direction of a tube axis in a state of a fitting completion; a screw rod member 25 with a function as a shearing key by forming a male screw part 23 to be inserted from an outer peripheral side of the through-hole 19 and to be screw-engaged with the female screw part 17 as a result of reaching the key groove 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ネジ継手が大型化することのない逆回転防止機構を備えたネジ継手を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る逆回転防止機構を備えたネジ継手1は、ネジ式の雄継手3と、内面ショルダ部5を有する雌継手7からなり、鋼管9の端部に取り付けられて鋼管9を接合するものであって、逆回転防止機構11を有し、逆回転防止機構11は、雄継手3の先端部に形成された第1切欠き部13と、雌継手7の内面ショルダ部5に形成された第2切欠き部15と、雌継手7の外周面から第2切欠き部15に連続するように形成されると共に雌ネジ部17が形成された貫通孔19と、嵌合完了状態において第1切欠き部13と第2切欠き部15が鋼管軸方向で連続することで形成されるキー溝21と、貫通孔19に外周側から挿入されて雌ネジ部17に螺合する雄ネジ部23が形成される共にキー溝21に到達することでせん断キーとして機能するネジ棒部材25とを備えてなる。【選択図】 図1
