PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film capable of easily producing a highly decorative window, and to provide a window using the decorative film, methods of installing the decorative film, and a building.SOLUTION: A decorative film 40 comprises a light-transmissive light control layer 21 and a light-transmissive first adhesive layer 30 laminated directly or indirectly on the light control layer 21. The light control layer 21 has: planarly arranged unit shape structures 21a each having reflective surfaces 21b, 21c for at least partially reflecting incoming light; a first reflective region 41 having the unit shape structures 21a regularly arranged therein; and a second reflective region 42 having the unit shape structures 21a of a shape being the same as or different from that of the aforementioned unit shape structures 21a and regularly arranged therein along a direction different from that of the first reflective region 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
