PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a dwelling house having an overhanging lower space covered from above by an overhanging part extending from an outer wall to be used without being influenced greatly by weather, while making the overhanging lower space a space having an open feeling.SOLUTION: In a dwelling house, on the outdoor side of two outer walls 18c and 18d in an L-shape in plan view, a balcony under space 76 is provided which is covered from above by an overhanging part 61a of a balcony floor part 61 projecting from the outer walls 18c and 18d. The balcony lower space 76 is formed in an L-shape in plan view along each of the outer walls 18c and 18d. A wall body 77 connected to the outer wall 18d, out of the outer walls 18c and 18d, via the overhanging portion 61a is provided at a position opposing the outer wall 18d with the balcony lower space 76 sandwiched therebetween. On the other hand, a wall body is not provided at a position opposed to the outer wall 18c across the balcony lower space 76.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】外壁から張り出す張出部により上方から覆われた張出下空間を備える住宅において、その張出下空間を開放感のある空間としながらも、天候に大きく左右されることなく利用することを可能とすること。【解決手段】住宅において、平面視Ｌ字状をなす２つの外壁１８ｃ，１８ｄの屋外側には、それら外壁１８ｃ，１８ｄから張り出すバルコニー床部６１の張出部６１ａにより上方から覆われたバルコニー下空間７６が設けられている。バルコニー下空間７６は、各外壁１８ｃ，１８ｄに沿った平面視Ｌ字状に形成されている。各外壁１８ｃ，１８ｄのうち外壁１８ｄとバルコニー下空間７６を挟んで対向する位置には外壁１８ｄと張出部６１ａを介して接続された壁体７７が設けられている。それに対して、外壁１８ｃとバルコニー下空間７６を挟んで対向する位置には壁体が設けられていない。【選択図】 図４
