PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic concrete form which is light-weight and easy to construct, excellent durability for many usage count, without health damage for disposal.SOLUTION: The plastic concrete form comprises: a panel plate having a size of 300 mm×300 mm and a thickness of 5 mm and having a concrete casting surface; a reinforcement rib having a thickness of 5 mm and a height of 60 mm and surrounding four sides of the panel plate provided on a back side opposite to the concrete casting surface of the panel plate; a panel plate provided with a reinforcement rib which has a thickness of 5 mm and a height of 60 mm, is disposed at the center of each side in parallel toward a central part, and is connected at corners of a reinforcement rib having a thickness of 5 mm and a height of 60 mm with a shape in which a square having one side of 60 mm is rotated at 45 degrees, and having a hole reaching the surface of the panel plate through which a separator is passed at construction time at the central part; and bolt holes connecting the forms integrated at construction time at a position of 150 mm at the central part having a height of 30 mm which is the central part of each reinforcement rib. Plural panel plates in the same shape which share one side in the extending direction are connected longitudinally and laterally so as to form a rectangular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で工事がやりやすく、使用回数も多く耐久性に優れ、廃棄に際して健康被害がないプラスチック製のコンクリート型枠を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート打設面を有する厚さ５ｍｍの３００ｍｍ×３００ｍｍパネル板と、該パネル板におけるコンクリート打設面とは反対側の裏面に設けられたパネル板の４辺を囲む厚さ５ｍｍ高さ６０ｍｍ補強リブと、各辺の中央に中心部に向かって平行に設けられ、一辺が６０ｍｍの正方形を４５度回転させた形状の厚さ５ｍｍ高さ６０ｍｍの補強リブの角部でつながる厚さ５ｍｍ高さ６０ｍｍの補強リブが設けられ、中央部に施工時にセパレータを通す穴がパネル板の表まであけられたパネル板と、各補強リブの中央部である高さ３０ｍｍ辺の中央部１５０ｍｍの位置に施工時に一体化した型枠どうしをつなぐためのボルト穴を有し、伸ばす方向の１辺を共有する同形のパネル板を、縦、横に複数個つないで方形とする。【選択図】図１
