EXFOLIATION PREVENTING SHEET, EXFOLIATION PREVENTING METHOD AND REPAIRING METHOD OF EXFOLIATION PREVENTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation preventing sheet which can improve the workability and repairability by reducing the thickness of the entire sheet, and can also prevent falling of small pieces of 10 mm or less, and an exfoliation preventing method and a repairing method of exfoliation prevention.SOLUTION: An exfoliation preventing sheet 1 adhered to a surface of a structure (RC) having a water absorptive inorganic material to prevent exfoliation of an exfoliated material from the surface has a two-layer structure including a fibrous base material 2 having a predetermined strength for suppressing falling of the exfoliated material and a weather resistant film 3 which is bonded with a laminate adhesive 4 impregnated in the fibrous base material and blocks ultraviolet rays to improve weather resistance. The fibrous base material 2 is made of canvas in which warps and wefts consisting of twisted yarns in which a plurality of original yarns having a predetermined thickness of natural fibers or synthetic fibers are twisted are plain woven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シート全体の厚さを低減して施工性及び補修性を向上させることができ、10mm以下の小片の落下も防止することのできる剥落防止シート、剥落防止工法、及び剥落防止再補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】吸水性無機質材を有する構造物(RC)の表面に接着されて、当該表面から剥落物が剥落するのを防止する剥落防止シート1において、剥落物の落下を抑える所定強度を有した繊維基材2と、この繊維基材に含浸されたラミネート接着剤4で接着され、紫外線を遮り耐候性を向上させる耐候性フィルム3と、を備えた2層構造とし、繊維基材2を天然繊維又は合成繊維の所定太さの原糸が複数本撚り合わされた撚糸からなる経糸及び緯糸が平織された帆布から構成する。【選択図】図2
