PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article receiving/storing system that can improve use efficiency of a storage box.SOLUTION: An article receiving/storing system of the present invention includes: multiple storage boxes; a storage box with a baggage stored therein when the baggage of a first user belonging to a first group is stored in any storage box; first association means 31 for associating first unlocking information containing first type identification information; the storage box with the baggage stored therein when the baggage of a second user belonging to a second group is stored in any storage box; second association means 32 for associating second unlocking information containing second type identification information; locking means 33 for locking the storage box when any unlocking information is associated with the storage box and the baggage is stored in the storage box; and unlocking means 34 for unlocking the storage box where the unlocking information being input is associated when any unlocking information is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
