MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOOR PANEL AND FLOOR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel easily reusable, causing little noise due to peeling of a top plate from a core material and having high strength, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A floor panel 1 comprises a bottom plate 2 made of a metal plate, a top plate 4 made of the metal plate and arranged above the bottom plate 2 and forming an inner space 10 between the bottom plate 2 and itself, and a core material 5 arranged in the inner space 10. The bottom plate 2 has multiple dimples 24 and 25 recessed upward. Multiple holes 50 for the dimples are formed to the core material 5 vertically penetrating therethrough. In a state of arranging the multiple dimples 24 and 25 of the bottom plate 2 to the multiple holes 50 for the dimples of the core material 5, apexes 26 of the multiple dimples 24 and 25 are caulked and fixed to the top plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易に再利用することができ、且つ天板が芯材から剥がれることによる音の発生が生じ難く、且つ、強度の高いフロアパネル及びこのフロアパネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】フロアパネル１は、金属板で構成された底板２と、金属板で構成され、底板２の上方に配置されて底板２との間に内部空間１０を形成する天板４と、内部空間１０に配置される芯材５とを備える。底板２は、上方に向かって窪んだディンプル２４，２５を複数備える。芯材５に上下方向に貫通したディンプル用孔５０が複数形成されている。底板２の複数のディンプル２４，２５を、芯材５の複数のディンプル用孔５０にそれぞれ配置した状態で、複数のディンプル２４，２５の各々の頂部２６を、天板４にかしめ固定する。【選択図】図１
