PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving injection pipe which is superior in workability and is capable of injecting an injection material into a ground more securely, and a method for injecting air.SOLUTION: A driving injection pipe 1 comprises: an injection pipe main body 2 in which a discharge port 21 is formed; an extended diameter part 3 mounted outside the injection pipe main body 2 at the upper side of the discharge port 21; a lower fixing part 4 fixing the lower end of the extended diameter part 3 to the injection pipe main body 2; and an upper fixing part 5 fixed to the upper end of the extended diameter part 3.
