WOODEN MATERIAL JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINT REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking or peeling of a fiber sheet which is impregnated with a synthetic resin and is stuck to a wood member, and to suppress degradation in strength of a joint portion of the wood member.SOLUTION: In a joint portion of a wood member which causes a lower end face of a post 3 to be abutted against a foundation 2 to be joined to each other, belt-like fiber sheets 11, 12 and 13 containing a plurality of fibers continuous in an axial direction are stuck to the surface of both of wood members to be joined. The belt-like fiber sheet has a resin impregnation part 14 which has fibers impregnated with a synthetic resin and is stuck to the post or foundation, and a non-impregnation part 15 which has fibers exposed in a deformable manner and is not stuck to the wood material. The non-impregnation part is provided between portions 11a, 12a and 13a stuck to the post of the resin impregnation part and portions 11b, 12b and 13b stuck to a second wood member. In place of the non-impregnation part, a flexible part can be also used in which a synthetic resin having a smaller coefficient of elasticity than that of the synthetic resin impregnated in the resin impregnation part is impregnated or coated with a synthetic resin having a small coefficient of elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】合成樹脂を含浸して木部材に貼り付けられた繊維シートの割れ又は剥離を防止し、木部材の接合部の強度低下を抑制する。【解決手段】柱3の下端面を土台2に突き当てて接合する木部材の接合部で、軸線方向に連続する複数の繊維を含む帯状繊維シート11,12,13を、接合する双方の木部材の表面にわたって貼り付ける。帯状繊維シートは、繊維間に合成樹脂が含浸され、柱又は土台に接着された樹脂含浸部14と、繊維が変形可能に露出され、木部材に対して接着されていない非含浸部15とを有する。非含浸部は、樹脂含浸部の柱に接着された部分11a,12a,13aと第2の木部材に接着された部分11b,12b,13bとの間に設けられている。非含浸部に代えて、樹脂含浸部に含浸された合成樹脂より弾性係数の小さい合成樹脂が含浸又は弾性係数の小さい合成樹脂で被覆された可撓部とすることもできる。【選択図】図1
