REFUSE SEPARATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse separation device using a swirl flow and being improved further with a refuse separating performance.SOLUTION: A refuse separation system 2 includes: a swirl region swirling a mixture of solid refuse and a liquid using the inflow speed of the mixture; a filter device 10 having a filter being disposed in a direction different from a swirl direction of the mixture, passing the liquid and not passing a majority of the refuse; a separation tank 1 disposed with the filter device 10; a water tank 20 disposed at an upstream side in an inflow direction of the mixture to the separation tank 1; and a rectification section water passage 30 being a water passage connecting the filter device 10 to the water tank 20 and rectifying a mixture flow from the water tank. In the filter device,: two guiding plates are provided inside; one guiding plate is a flat plate and the other guiding plate is a waveform curved plate; and the mixture is separated to the refuse and the liquid without using any power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】旋回流を利用したごみ分離装置のごみ分離性能をさらに高める。【解決手段】本発明は、固形状のごみと液体との混合物の流入速度を利用して該混合物を旋回させる旋回領域と、混合物の旋回方向と異なる方向に設置され液体を通過させるがごみの大部分を通過させないフィルタとを有するフィルタ装置１０と、フィルタ装置１０を設置した分離槽１と、分離槽１に対して混合物の流入方向上流側に配置される水槽２０と、フィルタ装置１０と水槽２０とを接続する水路であって水槽からの混合物の流れを整えるための整流区間水路３０と、を備え、フィルタ装置は、その内部に２枚の誘導板を備え、一方の誘導板を平面板とし、他方の誘導板を波形の曲面板とすると共に、何らの動力を利用せずに混合物をごみと液体とに分離するごみ分離システム２に関する。【選択図】図２
