PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support member capable of easily attaching a lower member to an upper member with good workability, and to provide an outdoor structure using the support member.SOLUTION: A support member 10 is a member for attaching a ceiling material 24 or a side ceiling material 30 which becomes a lower member with respect to a rafter 28 and a frame member 18 as an upper member in a suspended state and includes an upper attachment portion 51 which is attached and fixed to the rafter 28, and a lower attachment portion 52 where the ceiling material 24 and the side ceiling material 30 are attached and fixed. The lower attachment portion 52 has: an inlet opening 52a opened at the lower end face; a back plate inserting portion 52b provided so as to be communicated with the upper portion of the inlet opening 52a, and formed to be wider than the inlet opening 52a, capable of inserting and holding a predetermined back plate 58; and a screw thread groove 52c which communicates with an upper portion of the back plate insertion portion 52b and is formed narrower than the inlet opening 52a and the back plate insertion portion 52b and into which attachment screws 55 and 56 can be screwed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】上部部材に対して下部部材を作業性よく容易に取付可能とする支持部材及び該支持部材を用いた屋外構造物を提供する。【解決手段】支持部材１０は、上部部材となる垂木２８や枠部材１８に対して下部部材となる天井材２４や側部天井材３０を吊り下げ状態で取り付けるための部材であり、垂木２８に取付固定される上取付部５１と、天井材２４や側部天井材３０が取付固定される下取付部５２とを備える。下取付部５２は、下端面で開口した入口開口５２ａと、入口開口５２ａの上部に連通して設けられて入口開口５２ａよりも幅広に形成され、所定の裏板５８を挿入保持可能な裏板挿入部５２ｂと、裏板挿入部５２ｂの上部に連通して設けられて入口開口５２ａ及び裏板挿入部５２ｂよりも幅狭に形成され、取付ねじ５５，５６を螺入可能なねじ螺入溝５２ｃとを有する。【選択図】図５
