LOAD BEARING WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load bearing wall and a construction method thereof, which suppress the occurrence of looseness in a joint part between a surface material and a nail due to the rotation of the surface material of a wall structure surface, and improve the shearing resistance.SOLUTION: A load bearing wall is a load bearing wall of a wooden framework building composed such that face bars are attached to a rectangular opening surrounded with a base, a pair of right and left columns spaced apart from each other on a beam, and the beam horizontally disposed between the pair of columns on upper parts of the pair of columns. The face bar includes a reinforcing part fixed to the beam by a nail or a screw and a structure plane part integrally arranged with the reinforcing part on the lower side of the reinforcing part and fixed by nails to the base, the beam and the pair of columns so as to close the opening, and a groove is provided as a crack inducing joint between the reinforcing part and the structure plane part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁構面の面材回転による面材と釘の接合部の緩みの発生を抑制し、せん断耐力を向上させた耐力壁およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の耐力壁は、土台と、梁に間隔をあけて立てられた左右一対の柱と、一対の柱上部で一対の柱間に横架させた梁とで囲まれる矩形状の開口に面材が取り付けられてなる、木造軸組建築物の耐力壁であって、面材は、梁に釘またはビスにより固定された補強部分と、補強部分の下側に補強部分と一体的に配され、開口を塞ぐように、土台、梁及び一対の柱に釘により固定された構面部分とを有し、補強部分と構面部分との間に、割れ誘発目地として溝が設けられている。【選択図】図1
