MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE REPLACE METHOD AND REPLACE-TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device replace method which can relatively easily update a conventional vertical circulation-type mechanical parking device to a new mechanical parking device, and a replace-type mechanical parking device.SOLUTION: There is arranged a suspension structure for receiving loads of lift guide rails and suspension columns in a receiving part which is located in the same position as that of a receiving part which has suspended a main constituent element by an existing vertical circulation-type mechanical parking device, a fork-shaped lifting lift stage 12 which lifts along the lift guide rails is arranged, accommodation spaces of a plurality of stages having fixed traverse rails and fork-shaped traverse bogies are formed by using the suspension columns and the lift guide rails, a vehicle is delivered between the fork-shaped traverse bogies and the fork-shaped lift stage, a bottom space at a lower side rather than a ride-on face 21 being an entrance of the vehicle is backfilled, and made to server as a backfilled part 23, and a turntable device 22 which adjusts an orientation of the vehicle approaching from the ride-on face, and is mounted on the fork-shaped lifting lift stage is installed on an upper surface of a protection concrete layer 24 which is formed at a surface side of the backfilled part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】従来の垂直循環式機械駐車装置を比較的容易に新たな機械駐車装置に更新する機械駐車装置リプレース方法とリプレース型機械駐車装置の提供。【解決手段】既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置で主要構成要素を吊り下げていた受部と同位置の受部で、昇降ガイドレールと吊柱の荷重を受ける吊り構造とし、昇降ガイドレールに沿い昇降するフォーク状昇降リフトステージ12を設け、吊柱と昇降ガイドレールを利用して固定した横行レールとフォーク状横行台車を有した複数段の格納スペースを構成し、フォーク状横行台車とフォーク状昇降リフトステージの間で車両を受け渡しするように構成し、車両の進入口となる乗り込み面21より下方の底部スペースを埋め戻して埋め戻し部23とし、埋め戻し部の表面側に形成した保護コンクリート層24の上面に乗り込み面から進入した車両の向きを調整しフォーク状昇降リフトステージ上に搭載するターンテーブル装置22を据えた。【選択図】図5
