SOUND ABSORPTION PANEL THROUGH USE OF CORE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a panel capable of absorbing sound from both surfaces with a simple structure, and to reduce the entire thickness of the panel.SOLUTION: A paper core layer 1 having a thickness tis formed by sandwiching, bonding, and fixing both surfaces of a sound insulation material 25 made of kraft paper between a first paper core material 4 and a second paper core material 4a made of kraft paper having many opening cores 5. An integrated panel 40 having respective layers laminated is constituted by bringing into close contact and bonding a first sound absorption layer 20 and a second sound absorption layer 30 having thickness tformed by compressing a special felt material to both surfaces 6, 6a of the paper core layer 1. The sound absorption panel is adaptive even if there are noise sources on both the side of the first sound absorption layer 20 and the side of the second sound absorption layer 30 of the panel material 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】両面から吸音できるパネルを簡易な構造で実現し、パネル全体の厚さを薄くする。【解決手段】クラフト紙からなる遮音材25の両面を、多数の開口コア5を有するクラフト紙からなる第1ペーパーコア材4と、第2ペーパーコア材4aとで挟んで接着固定して、厚さt1のペーパーコア層1を形成する。ペーパーコア層1の両面6、6aに、特殊フェルト材を圧縮して形成した厚さt2の第1吸音層20、第2吸音層30をそれぞれ密着させて接着して、各層が積層された一体のパネル40を構成する。パネル材40の第1吸音層20側、第2吸音層30側の両側に騒音源があっても対応できる。【選択図】図1
