PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow segment, an annular structure configured to be connected a plurality of the hollow segments to each other, and a cut-off wall structure configured by vertically stacking a plurality of the annular structures to enhance a section modulus and rigidity thereof.SOLUTION: A hollow segment (3) is to configure a cut-off wall structure, a plurality of which are arranged at intervals to surround an at least partially submerged structure, the hollow segment (3) being provided with an outside plate (30) forming an outer wall of the cut-off structure, an inside plate (32) forming an inner wall of the cut-off structure, and a wall part covering a space between the outside plate (30) and the inside plate (32), wherein an interior space (3is) closed to the exterior is defined with the outside plate (30), the inside plate (32), and the wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
