DUST-PROOF SPRINKLING APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-proof sprinkling apparatus and method capable of more reliably suppressing diffusion of dust generated when a crushing operation is performed using a construction machine.SOLUTION: First sprinkling means 2 is provided in an attachment 25 attached to a distal end portion of an arm 24 of a construction machine 20 or in the vicinity thereof, and second sprinkling means 3 is provided at a rear end of the first sprinkling means 2 with respect to a longitudinal direction of the arm 24. The first sprinkling means 2 and the second sprinkling means 3 are constituted by a sprinkling nozzle 4 having a flexible tube 4a and a guide fin 4b. In a crushing operation, water W is sprinkled by the first sprinkling means 2 to form a first diffusion preventing space N1 covered with water W, while water W is sprinkled by the second sprinkling means 3 to form a second diffusion preventing space N2 covered with water W, and the first diffusion preventing space N1 is covered with the second diffusion preventing space N2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】建設機械を使用して破砕作業を行なう際に発生する粉塵の拡散をより確実に抑制することができる防塵用散水装置および方法を提供する。【解決手段】建設機械２０のアーム２４の先端部に装着されたアタッチメント２５またはその近傍に第１散水手段２を設け、アーム２４の長手方向に対して第１散水手段２よりも後端の位置に第２散水手段３を設ける。第１散水手段２および第２散水手段３は、フレキシブルチューブ４ａとガイドフィン４ｂとを有する散水ノズル４で構成する。そして、破砕作業時には、第１散水手段２によって水Ｗを散布することにより、水Ｗによって覆われる第１拡散防止空間Ｎ１を形成するとともに、第２散水手段３によって水Ｗを散布することにより、水Ｗによって覆われる第２拡散防止空間Ｎ２を形成し、第１拡散防止空間Ｎ１を第２拡散防止空間Ｎ２によって覆った状態にする。【選択図】図１
