PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten slag processing method capable of manufacturing highly functional silica from an inexpensive raw material.SOLUTION: An acid having a specific concentration is added to molten slag generated from an environmental energy facility, and then a dissolution treatment is performed thereto at a specific temperature, to thereby acquire an undissolved material. In this case, the undissolved material is processed under following conditions: the specified concentration of the acid is 3-12 N, the specific temperature is 20-100°C, a specific time is 10 minutes or longer, and such a mixing ratio is adopted that the 3-25 g molten slag is added to the 100 ml acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価な原材料で高機能なシリカを製造可能な溶融スラグ処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】環境エネルギー施設から発生する溶融スラグに対し、特定濃度の酸を加えて、特定温度で溶解処理し、未溶解物を取得する。この際、酸の特定濃度は、3〜12Nであり、特定温度は、20〜100℃であり、特定時間は、10分以上であり、100mLの酸に対して、溶融スラグを3〜25gとする混合比で加えられる。処理された未溶解物である。【選択図】図1
