CUTOFF STRUCTURE FOR WALL PENETRATION HOLE EDGE PART, WALL PENETRATION PART PIPING DEVICE, AND PIPE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which facilitates a filling operation of a caulking material for cutting off an edge part of a wall penetration hole and further improves a cutoff performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a wall penetration part piping device consisting of: a wall penetration part forming member comprising a cylindrical main body part D which is inserted into a wall penetration hole Hthat is formed on a building wall W and into which a fluid pipe P is inserted; and a pipe joint Cfitted to a fitting part of the cylindrical main body D and including a flange body 21 that is abutted to an edge part of the wall penetration hole Hat a front side of the wall. An annular recess is provided in an outer peripheral part of the flange body 21 of the pipe joint Cat a side facing a wall front face Wa, a filling groove Gfor a caulking material that is opened in an expansion direction of the flange body 21 of the pipe joint Cis formed together with the wall front face Wa. On a bottom of the filling groove G, a non-adhesive surface to which the caulking material is not adhered is formed in such a manner that the caulking material is adhered to only two faces of the wall front face Wa and a wall front opposite face 27a of the flange body 21 that is opposite to the wall front face Wa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁貫通孔の周縁部を止水のためのコ−キング材の充填操作が容易で、しかも止水性を高める構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物壁Wに形成された壁貫通孔H1に挿入されると共に、自身の内部に流体管Pが挿入される筒状本体部Dを備えた壁貫通部形成部材と、筒状本体部Dの取着部に取着されて、壁表側の壁貫通孔H1の周縁部に当接されるフランジ体21を備えた管継手C1とから成る壁貫通部配管装置であって、管継手C1のフランジ体21の壁表面Waと対向する側の外周部に環状凹部が設けられて、壁表面Waとで、管継手C1のフランジ体21の張出し方向に開放されたコーキング材の充填溝G1が形成され、コーキング材が、壁表面Wa及び壁表面Waと対向する前記フランジ体21の壁表対向面27aの二面のみに接着されるように、充填溝G1の底部には、コーキング材が接着されない非接着面が形成された構成とする。【選択図】図3
