PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder that can regulate dropout of a step rail.SOLUTION: A ladder includes a pair of columns 2, a plurality of step rails 3, and a dropout regulating member 5 attached to each of the pair of columns 2. Each of the pair of support pillars 2 which have mutually opposed portions facing the inside in the width direction X has a recessed groove 21 extending along the column length direction Z. Both end portions of each of the step rails 3 are inserted into the recessed grooves 21 of the respective support pillars 2 on opposite sides in the width direction X. The dropout regulating member 5 is provided with a regulating body portion 51 arranged between the step rails 3 adjacent to each other in the column length direction Z. The regulating body portion 51 has a length in the column length direction Z corresponding to a distance between the step rails 3 adjacent to each other in the column length direction Z and is disposed so that both end portions 52 and 53 of the regulating body portion 51 in the column length direction Z oppose each of the step rails 3 adjacent in the column length direction Z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
