PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal plate type fence formed by connecting and fixing intermediate portions of horizontal plates 3 to an intermediate column in a state of upper and lower multistage and connecting an end part 31 of each horizontal plate 3 to a column 1, in which the breakage of the horizontal plates 3 is prevented by allowing thermal expansion and contraction caused by a change in climate and in which the vertical intervals between the horizontal plates 3 can be set easily.SOLUTION: The horizontal plate type fence includes a holding vertical rod 4 provided with blade plate surface parts 43 on both sides thereof which form a gap of a horizontal plate thickness from the front surface of the column at the time of fixing the column, piece bodies 5 fitted and fixed between the back surfaces of the blade plate surface parts 43 of the holding vertical rod 4 mounted on the column 1 and the front surface of the column 1, a decorative vertical plate 6 for covering the front face of the holding vertical rod 4. The end part of each horizontal plate 3 is mounted in a space surrounded by the front surface of the column 1, the blade plate surface part 43 and the piece body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上下多段に横板３の中間部分を中間柱に連結固定し、各横板３の端部３１を支柱１に連結してなる横板型フェンスにおいて、気候変化に伴う熱伸縮を許容して横板３の破損を防止すると共に、横板３の上下間隔の設定を容易にする。【解決手段】 両側に支柱固定時に支柱前面から横板厚の間隙を形成する翼板面部４３を備えた挟持縦杆４と、支柱１に装着した挟持縦杆４の翼板面部４３の背面と支柱１の前面との間に嵌入固定して上下横板間の間隙を決定する駒体５と、挟持縦杆４の前面を被覆する化粧縦板６とからなり、横板３の端部を支柱１の前面と翼板面部４３と駒体５で囲繞された空間内に装着してなる。【選択図】図１
