VENT VALVE AND DRAIN PIPE SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent valve and a drain pipe system which can be installed in a piping space substantially the same as a vent pipe by preventing increase in size in a pipe diameter direction with a simple structure, which maintains a closed valve state while exhibiting high sealability at an atmospheric pressure or a positive pressure, and in which a valve body operates with high responsiveness in a state where a ventilation amount is largely secured while suppressing ventilation resistance small when a negative pressure generates, and which surely solves the negative pressure while suppressing a chattering phenomenon.SOLUTION: A vent valve is provided in an openable/closable manner by a disc-like valve body 23 rotatably incorporated via a rotary shaft 24 in a cylinder body 20. The disc-like valve body 23 can suck air from the outside by generating unbalance torque rotating in a valve opening direction via the rotary shaft 24 at a negative pressure in the cylinder body 20. At an atmospheric pressure or a positive pressure in the cylinder body 20, unbalance torque rotating in a valve closing direction is generated via the rotary shaft 24, and the valve is brought into a closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構成により管径方向への大型化を防いで通気管と略同じ配管スペースに設置可能であり、大気圧時又は正圧時は高シール性を発揮しながら弁閉状態を維持し、負圧発生時には、通気抵抗を小さく抑えつつ通気量を大きく確保した状態で弁体が高い応答性で動作し、チャタリング現象を抑制しつつ負圧を確実に解消する通気弁と排水管システムを提供する。【解決手段】筒本体20内に回転軸24を介して回動自在に内蔵された円板状弁体23により弁開閉自在に設けられる。円板状弁体23は、筒本体20内の負圧時に回転軸24を介して弁開方向に回転するアンバランストルクを発生して外部より大気を吸気可能とする。筒本体20内が大気圧時又は正圧時において、回転軸24を介して弁閉方向に回転するアンバランストルクを発生して弁閉状態とするように構成した。【選択図】図1
