METHOD FOR LAYING RADIOACTIVE-MATTER ADSORBING MEMBER UNDER WATER AND LEAKAGE PREVENTION FACILITIES
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying radioactive-matter adsorbing members capable of partitioning a water area in which leaked radioactive materials drift from a water area in which no radioactive materials drift in a short period of time, and radioactive matter leakage prevention facilities.SOLUTION: A method for laying radioactive-matter adsorbing members under water includes: a step I of disposing first radioactive-matter adsorbing members on long members laid between a first shore and a second shore, in the first shore; a step II of disposing second radioactive-matter adsorbing members on the long members in the first shore; and a step III of moving the long members to the second shore side. This invention is characterized in that the step I to the step III are performed in no particular order so as to lay the plurality of radioactive-matter adsorbing members between the first shore and the second shore.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、漏出した放射性物質が漂流している水域と漂流していない水域とを、短時間で仕切ることのできる放射性物質吸着部材の敷設方法および放射性物質の漏出防止設備を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、放射性物質吸着部材を水中に敷設する方法であって;第1岸において、該第1岸と第2岸との間に敷設されている長尺部材に第1の放射性物質吸着部材を配置する工程Iと;第1岸において、前記長尺部材に第2の放射性物質吸着部材を配置する工程IIと;前記長尺部材を前記第2岸側へ移動させる工程IIIと、を有し;前記工程I〜工程IIIを順不同に実行することにより第1岸と第2岸との間に複数の放射性物質吸着部材を敷設することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
