PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a builing with large space made by reducing pillars and quake resistant walls inside as well as making their sizes thinner.SOLUTION: A high-rise and earthquake-resistant building 1 has tube structures on both inner peripheral part 1B and out peripheral part 1A of the building 1. The inner peripheral part 1B consists of an inner tube structure 60 with large-scale braces 65, bridging over multiple floors, and multiple pillars 61 built in parallel. 【課題】建物内に設ける柱や耐震壁の設置数を低減し、かつ、柱や耐震壁を細径化することで、大空間を設ける。【解決手段】高層耐震建物1は、建物内周部1Bと建物外周部1Aに2重にチューブ構造を有する高層耐震建物1であって、建物内周部1Bは、複数階に跨ぐ大規模ブレース65と複数の柱61が併設された内周チューブ架構60で形成され、建物外周部1Aには、複数の柱が並設された外周チューブ架構を備えている。【選択図】図3
