DEVICE AND METHOD OF VERTICALITY ADJUSTMENT FOR FOUNDATION COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in verticality adjustment for conventional foundation columns, methods or the like using a wire have been used, each method has low safety and needs to perform high place work, and needs to prepare other metal fittings, and thus arises attaching and removing work, and thereby is hard to adjust verticality, and needs more time, and therefore desiring effective verticality adjustment jigs and an adjustment method.SOLUTION: In a verticality adjustment method using a verticality adjustment device, verticality adjustment jigs 1 are arranged at a lowered side of a base plate b together with an east-west direction and a south-north direction of a foundation column a, support pawls 3 of the verticality adjustment jigs 1 are arranged beneath the base plate b, and rotation holding parts 7a of small jacks 7 can be disposed into the space of clearance W. The support pawls 3 are upwardly moved by rotating the rotation holding parts 7a by using a tool u, such as a spanner and a ratchet wrench, and thereby allowing the verticality adjustment of the foundation column a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の基礎柱の鉛直度調製は、ワイヤーを用いた方法等が用いられてきたが、いずれも安全性が低く高所作業が必要であり、又別途の金具が必要で、その取付、取外し作業が発生していた。そのため、鉛直度調整に手間や、時間が掛かり、効率的な鉛直度調製冶具や、調製方法が望まれていた。【解決手段】 基礎柱ａと鉛直度調整治具１の配置は、基礎柱ａの東西方向、南北方向共に、ベースプレートｂの低くなっている側に鉛直度調整治具１を配置し、前記鉛直度調整治具１の支持爪３は、ベースプレートｂの下方に配置されており、又、小型ジャッキ７は、隙間Ｗの空間内に、回転把持部７ａを配置することが可能であり、その回転把持部７ａをスパナやラチエットレンチ等の工具ｕにより、支持爪３を上方に移動させることにより基礎柱ａの鉛直度調整が可能となることを特徴とする鉛直度調整装置及び調整方法を提供する。【選択図】図１
