PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material removing tool capable of minimizing generation of dust by adhering a removing tool to a coating material on the surface of a building containing asbestos and adhesion of dust to the tool itself.SOLUTION: A coating material removing tool comprises an outer cylinder 10 having one end opened, a cover body 11a covering the periphery of the opening of the outer cylinder 10, a shaft 22 having an excavation body 21 at its front end and slidably installed along the axis of the outer cylinder 10 and having a rear end connectable to the external drill apparatus 20, a plurality of needles 14 penetrating the cover body 11a, a needle holder 15 capable of fixing each needle 14 with an arbitrary projecting length from the cover body 11a, and an exhaust pipe 13 through which an external cleaner is connected to forcibly discharge the air in the outer cylinder 10 and the peeled covering material and the like, and further comprises measuring means capable of measuring the projecting length of the needle 14, and inside the opening of the outer cylinder 10, liquid agent spraying means 30 capable of connecting an external liquid agent injector is disposed so that the liquid agent can be sprayed on the covering material or the like in the range facing the opening portion and the cover body 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
