PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can be applied to existing facilities only by slight modifications and can effectively achieve both weight reduction and strength of flat tile building materials.SOLUTION: There is provided a flat tile building material having a substantially belt-like back side glaze layer, in which the width of each glazed portion region is within a predetermined range when the back side glaze layer is divided into two glazed portion regions by a tile bottom side parallel line (first aspect of the present invention), a back side center line (second aspect of the present invention), or a tile head side parallel line (third aspect of the present invention).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既存の設備にわずかの変更を加えるだけで対処でき、効果的に平板瓦建材の軽量化と強度の両立を図ることを可能にする技術の提供。【解決手段】ほぼ帯状の裏側面釉薬層を有する平板瓦建材であって、瓦尻側平行線(本発明の第一の態様)、裏側面中央線(本発明の第二の態様)、または瓦頭側平行線(本発明の第三の態様)により、裏側面釉薬層を2つの施釉部分領域に分けた場合、各施釉部分領域の幅が所定範囲内にあることを特徴とする平板瓦建材。【選択図】図2
