PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system and a control method of a pump which can perform drainage with high reliability even when a pump head is high, and to provide a drainage system.SOLUTION: A control system (20) of a pump (100) which performs operation irrespective of a water level includes: first detection means (21) which detects a water level of a water absorption tank (51); second detection means (22) which detects a water level of discharge destinations (4 and 52); and a control device (23) which controls a flow rate of the pump (100) so as to prevent shaft power over and cavitation from being generated based on the water level of the water absorption tank (51) and the water level of the discharge destinations (4 and 52).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
