To provide a steel pipe pile device, a steel pipe pile and a method for installing a steel pipe pile capable of escaping from rubble by once rotating a fin in the direction opposite to the excavation direction, if the fin hits the underground stone, rubble, etc. during construction and cannot rotate.SOLUTION: A fin 20 has a fin flat portion 21a perpendicular to the center line of a steel pipe pile body 11 and a head portion 30 has a head flat portion 31a along the upper side of the fin flat portion 21a. Therefore, by rotating the head portion 30 and the fin 20 while pushing down the steel pipe pile device 1, excavation can be performed while protecting the fin 20. Further, even when a head main body 31 (head) cannot rotate against stone, rubble or the like, it can be rotated in the direction opposite to the excavation direction, so it is possible to avoid the obstacle and continue the excavation afterwards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】施工中に地中の石や瓦礫等にフィンが当たって回転できなくなった場合に、一旦、フィンを掘削方向と反対方向へ回転させることにより、瓦礫から脱出させることができる鋼管杭装置、鋼管杭及び鋼管杭の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】フィン２０が鋼管杭本体１１の中心線と直交するフィン平面部２１ａを有するとともに、ヘッド部３０がフィン平面部２１ａの上側に沿ったヘッド平面部３１ａを有するので、鋼管杭装置１を押し下げながらヘッド部３０及びフィン２０を回転させることにより、フィン２０を保護しながら掘削することができる。また、石や瓦礫等に当たってヘッド本体３１（ヘッド）が回転できなくなった場合でも、掘削方向と反対方向に回転させることができるので、障害を回避して、その後掘削を継続することができる。【選択図】図１
