To provide a track device capable of reducing construction period and construction cost of a building, and a method for constructing a panel body using the track device.SOLUTION: A track device 10 is installed along an outer periphery of a building 14 and includes a fastener 18 fixed to a framework 24 of the building 14, and a rail member 20 detachably attached to the fastener 18 and installed along the outer periphery of the building 14 at a position protruding outward from the framework 24.
