To provide a staircase structure which can reduce weight with a simple structure, can be easily constructed, can be easily dismantled, and can be easily separated when dismantled.SOLUTION: A staircase structure 1 includes a staircase body 4 having a pair of stringers 2 and 2 and a plurality of step parts 3, 3... suspended between the pair of stringers 2 and 2, and step boards 5 mounted on each of the step parts 3. The step boards 5 are mounted on the step parts 3 so as to be freely attached/detached to/from the staircase body 4. The step board 5 includes a substrate material 6 formed from a resin material or an inorganic material and a finishing material 7 which is stacked on the substrate material 6 on the step surface side rather than the substrate material 6 and is formed from a material different from the substrate material 6. Preferably, the substrate material 6 and the finishing material 7 are overlapped to each other in a mutually non-restriction state, the substrate material 6 is formed by stacking a plurality of plate materials 6a, 6a..., and the plurality of plate materials 6a, 6a... are overlapped to each other in a mutually non-restriction state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
