DIFFERENT DIAMETER COLUMN-BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a different diameter column-beam joint structure that suppresses manufacturing costs by reducing the cutting and processing of steel columns, shortens the working time of the construction work without requiring welding at the site, and eliminates a beam bracket.SOLUTION: In a different diameter column-beam joint structure in which an H-shaped steel beam 5 is dry-joined using high-strength bolts between different diameter columns having different thickness dimensions of steel columns 2, 3, joining is performed by a split T joint method, in which either one of an upper flange 50 and a lower flange 51 of the H-shaped steel beam 5 is joined via a through diaphragm which is welded by penetrating the steel columns 2, 3 while being divided vertically and the other is joined via a bracket which is bolt-joined directly to the steel column 2, or a divided outer diaphragm joint method, in which an outer diaphragm 7 is friction-joined by a surface pressure with a side surface 20 of the steel column 2 via a divided diaphragm 70 which is divided into a plurality of sections. The through diaphragm is formed as a thick through diaphragm 6 thicker than the flange thickness of the H-shaped steel beam 5 and the flange of the H-shaped steel beam 5 is bolt-joined to the diaphragm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄骨柱の切断や加工を低減して製造コストを抑え、現場での溶接を不要として建方作業の作業時間を短縮し、梁ブラケットを不要とする異径柱梁接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】H形鋼梁5を鉄骨柱2、3の太さ寸法が異なる異径柱間に高力ボルトを用いた乾式接合による異径柱梁接合構造において、H形鋼梁5の上フランジ50又は下フランジ51のいずれか一方を、鉄骨柱2、3を上下に分断貫通して溶接された通しダイアフラムを介して接合し、他方を、鉄骨柱2に直接ボルト接合されたブラケットを介して接合するスプリットティ接合か、又は外ダイアフラム7が複数に分割された分割ダイアフラム70を介して前記鉄骨柱2の側面20との面圧で摩擦接合する分割外ダイア接合で、接合するとともに、通しダイアフラムを、H形鋼梁5のフランジ厚より厚い肉厚通しダイアフラム6とし、H形鋼梁5のフランジをボルト接合する。【選択図】図1
