To provide a heat insulator fixture capable of easily disposing a heat insulator under the floor and facilitating the work.SOLUTION: The heat insulator fixture includes: a fitting part 35 which is attached to a sleeper 3 of a floor construction 5; and a support part 36 formed on a lower face 3b of the sleeper 3 protruding downward from the fitting part 35 to support a second insulation material 20 which has self-shape retention and is disposed under the floor. The support part 36 includes: a placement part 37 for placing the second insulation material 20; and a guide part 38 which is formed with a downward inclination toward the front end from the placement part 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
