MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CLAY ROOF TILE
To provide a manufacturing method of a clay roof tile with glossiness and small mass.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a clay roof tile comprises a mixing process, a forming process and a burning process.In the mixing process, one or more than 2 materials selected from a group consisting of a soybean hull,a soybean curd refuse and a chaff is mixed to the clay. In the forming process, the clay acquired is formed into a tile shape. In the burning process, the clay formed into a tile shape is burned. The clay mixed with a soybean hull,a soybean curd refuse and a chaff in the mixing process preferably contains 5-20 mass% of the soybean hull,the soybean curd refuse and the chaff.The soybean hull,the soybean curd refuse and the chaff having passed through a shifter of 1.0 mm is preferably mixed into the clay in the mixing process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光沢を有し、質量の小さい粘土瓦の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粘土瓦の製造方法は、混合工程と、成形工程と、焼成工程と、を備える。混合工程では、大豆皮、おから、およびもみがらからなる群より選ばれる１または２以上の材料を粘土に混合する。成形工程では、得た粘土を瓦の形状に成形する。焼成工程では、成形工程で瓦の形状に成形された粘土を焼成する。混合工程で大豆皮、おから、またはもみがらが混合された粘土は、該大豆皮、該おから、または該もみがらを５〜２０質量％含むとよい。１．０ｍｍのふるいを通過した大豆皮、おから、またはもみがらを、混合工程で粘土に混合するとよい。【選択図】図１
