To provide an information display device that has a compact and light-weight housing as compared with the prior art.SOLUTION: An information display device 1 comprises: a pillar 2 that is vertically arranged; a housing 21 that is installed at an upper part in a vertical direction of the pillar 2 with support parts 3; an equipment storage box 41 that is installed in a lower part in the vertical direction of the pillar 2 or on the ground 4; a display unit 81 that is installed in the housing 21 to display video; a voltage conversion part 44 that is housed in the equipment storage box 41 and converts an AC voltage to a DC voltage; and a drive power supply 87 that is installed inside the display unit 81, decreases the DC voltage, and supplies power to the display unit 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
