At least one opening 15 for introducing an outdoor air Ao into the underfloor space 2 are formed in the foundation 7. 【課題】 床上空間の換気効率を高める。【解決手段】 地面６、断熱された基礎７及び１階の床８で囲まれた地面６と熱交換可能な床下空間２と、床８を介して床下空間２の上に隣接配置された床上空間３と、床下空間２の空気Ａｄを床上空間３に供給するための換気手段４とを具えた住宅１である。基礎７には、床下空間２に外気Ａｏを導入するための少なくとも１つの開口部１５が形成されている。開口部１５の合計面積Ａ（cm2）は、床上空間３と床下空間２との間を連通する床隙間の合計面積Ｂ（cm2）の１〜８倍とされている。【選択図】図１
