EMERGENCY OPERATION VALVE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable water flow to a water storage tank by communication from the outside.SOLUTION: An automatic return type emergency operation valve device has an emergency operation valve V with a pressure sensitive type pilot valve 30, which is interposed in a fluid pipe line S, and introduces a fluid pressure in the fluid pipe line to a valve drive part 20 of the emergency operation valve through the pilot valve via pilot pipes 25, 26. When abnormality occurs in the internal pressure of the fluid pipe line, the abnormal pressure is detected by the pilot valve, and the valve drive part is operated to open and close the emergency operation valve. When the abnormal valve becomes a normal pressure, the normal pressure is detected by the pilot valve, and the valve drive part is operated to restore the emergency operation valve. A bypass circuit 41 interposed with a solenoid valve 40 is provided in parallel with the pilot pipes. In the case where there is a water flow in a water main though the water pressure of the water main S does not become the set pressure of the pilot valve, the emergency operation valve is actuated by the solenoid valve by a communication means from a water supply monitoring room or by the detection signal of a water level gauge 40 to let water from a water main flow into a water storage tank to quickly eliminate pollution of stored water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】外部からの通信によって貯水槽への水流通を行えるようにする。【解決手段】流体管路Sに圧力感知式パイロット弁30を付設した緊急作動弁Vを介設し、流体管路の流体圧を、パイロット管25、26を介し前記パイロット弁を通して緊急作動弁の弁体駆動部20に導く自動復帰型緊急作動弁装置である。流体管路内圧に異常が生じた際、その異常圧をパイロット弁で検知して弁体駆動部を作動させて緊急作動弁を開閉し、その異常圧が正常圧になった際には、その正常圧を前記パイロット弁で検知して弁体駆動部を作動させて緊急作動弁を復帰させる。前記パイロット管に電磁弁40を介設したバイパス回路41を並列に設ける。水道本管Sの水圧がパイロット弁の設定圧になっていないのに水道本管に水流通がある場合、水道監視室からの通信手段又は水位計40の検出信号によって前記電磁弁によって緊急作動弁を動作させて、貯水槽への水道本管からの水を流通させて貯水の汚濁を速やかに解消する。【選択図】図1A
