PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal roof material capable of improving wind-endurance property.SOLUTION: A metal roof material 1 comprises: a front substrate 2 that is formed of a metal plate and has a box-shaped body part 20; a rear substrate 3 that is disposed on a rear side of the front substrate 2; and a core material 4 that is charged between the body part 20 and the rear substrate 3. The metal roof material is disposed on a roof substrate so that a width direction 1W of the metal roof material extends in eaves direction of the roof and a depth direction 1D extends in eaves ridge direction of the roof. The metal roof material has multiple longitudinal tabular reinforcement members 5, which are embedded in core materials 4 so that the tabular reinforcement members are apart from each other in the width direction 1W and the longer direction 5L extends in the depth direction 1D. The tabular reinforcement member 5 has a substrate part 50, which extends in the width direction 1W and the depth direction 1D, and a reinforcement rib 51, which extends from the substrate part 50 in height direction 2H of the body part 20 and extends in the depth direction 1D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐風圧性能を向上できる金属屋根材を提供する。【解決手段】金属屋根材1は、金属板を素材とし箱状の本体部20を有する表基材2と、表基材2の裏側に配置された裏基材3と、本体部20と裏基材3との間に充填された芯材4とを備え、幅方向1Wが屋根の軒方向に延在するとともに、奥行方向1Dが屋根の軒棟方向に延在するように屋根下地の上に配置される金属屋根材であって、幅方向1Wに互いに離間するとともに長手方向5Lが奥行方向1Dに延在するように芯材4にそれぞれ埋め込まれた複数の長手状の板状補強部材5をさらに備え、板状補強部材5は、幅方向1W及び奥行方向1Dに延在する基板部50と、基板部50から本体部20の高さ方向2Hに延出されるとともに、奥行方向1Dに延在された補強リブ51とを有している。【選択図】図1
