PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing rainwater concentrated fall and a snake-proof sheet which can be attached without depending on the diameter of a steel pipe material, which are not liable to be slid down by heavy rain, and which do not require a tool at the time of installation.SOLUTION: In a rainwater concentrated fall prevention device 1 for preventing rainwater from rainwater concentrated fall through a steel pipe material constituting a steel tower, a restiform body 2 wound around a steel pipe material and a connecting tool 6 connecting the front end 2a and the end 2b of the restiform body 2 are provided; at least a surface of the restiform body 2 which is in contact with the steel pipe material is covered with a friction material which is in contact with the steel pipe material and generates a frictional force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
