PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house which sets a room layout in new construction in which a priority is placed on the efficiency of housekeeping by taking the situation into consideration where both husband and wife are working and a family has a large number of members, and which facilitates reform into a room layout in which a priority is placed on shortening of a daily life traffic line in the dwelling house by taking into consideration a family with a smaller number of members who are now elderly.SOLUTION: A two-storied dwelling house 10 has a first floor portion 11 and a second floor portion 12. In the second floor portion 12, a bathroom 44, an undressing room 45 in which a washing machine 52 is installed and a laundry room 47 for hanging laundry are provided close to each other. In the first floor portion 11, a kitchen 23c is provided and a storage room 24, a rear entrance room 25 and a housekeeping room 26 are provided so as to adjacent to the kitchen 23c. Water and sewerage pipelines 61-63 are installed up to the underfloor of each room beforehand, so that, in the case where the storage room 24 and the like in the first floor portion 11 are changed into a bathroom, an undressing room and a washroom, water use facilities can be installed in those room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】夫婦共働きや多人数家族を想定して家事効率を優先した新築時の間取りを設定するとともに、そこからさらに高齢者となった後の少人数家族を想定し、住宅内における日常生活動線の短縮を優先した間取りへのリフォームを容易にする住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】二階建て住宅１０は一階部分１１と二階部分１２とを有し、二階部分１２では、浴室４４と、洗濯機５２が設置された脱衣室４５と、洗濯物を干すランドリー室４７との各部屋がかたまって設けられている。一階部分１１では、キッチン２３ｃと、そのキッチン２３ｃと隣り合うように収納室２４、裏玄関室２５及び家事室２６とが設けられている。一階部分１１における収納室２４等を間取り変更して浴室、脱衣室及び洗面室とする場合に、それらの部屋に水回り設備を設置すべく、予め上下水道配管６１〜６３が前記各部屋の床下に至るまで設置されている。【選択図】 図１
