VIBRATION INSULATION AND SOUND INSULATION FLOOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration insulation and sound insulation floor structure capable of reducing propagation of floor impact sound, generated by an upstairs floor, to a downstairs floor by improving weight floor impact sound insulating performance of a wooden building.SOLUTION: A vibration insulation and sound insulation floor structure 10 is provided at a floor part between an upper story 30 and a lower story 31 of a wooden building, and includes a floor substrate material 12 supported by floor support members 11a, 11b and laid on upper surfaces of the floor support members 11a, 11b, a sheet-like floating floor material 13 overlaid on an upper surface of the floor substrate material 12, and a heavy floor panel material 14 overlaid on an upper surface of the sheet-like floating floor material 13. The sheet-like floating floor material 13 forms a vibration insulation layer 16 which bears a load from the heavy floor panel material 14 in an elastically deformable state to suppress vibration from the heavy floor panel material 14 from reaching the floor substrate material 12. The heavy floor panel material 14 is formed by laying a plurality of unit floor panel members 15 side by side longitudinally and laterally on the upper surface of the sheet-like floating floor material 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造建築物の重量床衝撃音遮断性能を向上させて、上階のフロアで生じる床衝撃音が下階のフロアに伝達されるのを軽減できる防振遮音床構造を提供する。【解決手段】木造建築物の上階30と下階31との間の床部に設けられる防振遮音床構造10であって、床支持部材11a,11bによって支持されて、床支持部材11a,11bの上面に敷設された床下地材12と、床下地材12の上面に重ねて敷設されたシート状浮き床材13と、シート状浮き床材13の上面に重ねて敷設された重量床パネル材14とを含んで構成される。シート状浮き床材13は、重量床パネル材14からの荷重を弾性変形可能に支持して、重量床パネル材14からの振動が床下地材12に伝わるのを抑制する防振層16を形成する。重量床パネル材14は、複数の単位床パネル部材15を、シート状浮き床材13の上面に、縦横に並べて敷設することによって形成されている。【選択図】図1
