PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert pipe laying apparatus which can reliably and efficiently lay down a culvert pipe and fill a hydrophobic material into a groove formed by a groove forming portion.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a groove forming portion 13 for forming a groove 12 in the ground, a culvert pipe guide portion 15 for guiding an elongated flexible culvert pipe 14 toward the bottom of the groove, a hydrophobic material filling portion 17 for filling a hydrophobic material 16 above the culvert pipe laid at the bottom of the groove, a hopper 18 for dropping the hydrophobic material into the hydrophobic material filling portion, a horizontal working deck portion 19 provided around an opening of the hopper, a hydrophobic material guide plate 20 protruding upward from three sides of the opening, a culvert pipe pressing member 21 for pressing the culvert pipe toward the bottom of the groove, a hydrophobic material height setting member 22 for setting the filling height of the hydrophobic material, and a reel holding portion 24 for rotatably holding a hose reel 23 around which a culvert pipe is wound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
