FLOODING ANALYZER FOR A PLURALITY OF WATER STORAGE PONDS AND ANALYSIS METHOD FOR THE PLURALITY OF WATER STORAGE PONDS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the flooding analyzer for the plurality of water storage ponds that enables an analysis of a flooding caused by a chain flooding of the plurality of water storage ponds.SOLUTION: The flooding analyzer for the plurality of water storage ponds comprises: a lower pond inflow amount computing section 32 for computing an amount of water flowing into a pond based on terrain data acquired by a terrain information input section 12 out of an outflow amounts calculated by an upper pond outflow amount computing section 31; a lower pond storage amount computing section 34 for computing the amount of water stored in a lower pond based on pond reservoir information input from a pond information input section 11 from a pond reservoir inflow amount calculated by the lower pond inflow amount computing section 32; and a lower pond outflow amount computing section 36 for computing a lower pond outflow amount flowing out downstream from the lower pond, wherein the lower pond outflow amount computing section 36 has an arithmetic algorithm before a lower pond flooding and the arithmetic algorithm after the lower pond flooding as an algorithm for computing the lower pond outflow amount, and a water level calculated by a lower pond water level computing section 35 in the lower pond storage amount computing section 34 is changed to an arithmetic algorithm after the lower pond flooding to calculate a lower pond discharge amount when the water level reaches a discharge section depth acquired by the pond information input section 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】複数の貯水池の連鎖決壊によって生じる氾濫解析を可能とする。【解決手段】上池流出量演算部31で演算された流出量の内、地形情報入力部12で取得された地形データに基づいて、下池に流入される水量を演算するための下池流入量演算部32と、下池流入量演算部32で演算された下池流入量から、池情報入力部11から入力された下池情報に基づき、該下池の貯水量を演算する下池貯水量演算部34と、該下池から下流に流出する下池流出量を演算する下池流出量演算部36とを備えており、下池流出量演算部36は、下池流出量を演算するアルゴリズムとして、下池決壊前の演算アルゴリズムと下池決壊後の演算アルゴリズムを有しており、下池貯水量演算部34内の下池水位演算部35で演算された水位が、池情報入力部11で取得した放流部深さに至ったとき下池決壊後の演算アルゴリズムに変更して下池流出量を演算する。【選択図】図2
