METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RUBBER FENDER AND VULCANIZATION MOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of manufacturing a rubber fender capable of manufacturing a rubber fender with excellent durability by further reducing bare generation and sufficiently preventing exposure of a reinforcing plate.SOLUTION: A vulcanization metal mold for manufacturing a rubber fender comprises: an outer mold including a recess corresponding to an outer shape of the rubber fender; and a core including an outer shape corresponding to an inside shape of the rubber fender. In a part corresponding to an installing portion in the recess of the outer shape, a seat mold comprising: a seat plate portion mounted on a surface corresponding to one surface of the installing portion; a through-hole of a reinforcing plate protruding in a direction of the other surface of the installing portion from the seat plate portion; and a shaft portion corresponding to a shape of the through-hole formed in the installing portion is disposed. The seat mold includes a cavity portion in the shaft portion. Also, a vent hole is included, which communicates a clearance between the shaft portion and the reinforcing plate formed when the reinforcing plate is positioned with the cavity portion. A method for manufacturing the rubber fender using the vulcanization metal mold for manufacturing the rubber fender is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ベアの発生をさらに低減して補強板の露出を十分に防止することにより、優れた耐久性のゴム製防舷材を製造することができるゴム製防舷材の製造技術を提供する。【解決手段】ゴム製防舷材の外形に対応する凹部を有する外型と、ゴム製防舷材の内側形状に対応する外形を有する中子とを備えており、外型の凹部のうち取り付け部に対応する部分には、取り付け部の一方の表面に対応する面に載置される座板部と、座板部から取り付け部の他方の表面の方向に突設した補強板の通孔、および取り付け部に形成する通孔の形状に対応した軸部とを備えた座型が配置されており、座型が軸部に空洞部を有すると共に、補強板を位置決めした際に形成される軸部と補強板との間の隙間と空洞部とを連通するベントホールを有しているゴム製防舷材製造用の加硫金型。前記ゴム製防舷材製造用の加硫金型を用いて、ゴム製防舷材を製造するゴム製防舷材の製造方法。【選択図】図1
