PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switching device for an opening and closing device, which can prevent changeover from a second power supply to a first power supply to supply power by operating a change-over switch from being forgotten when a power failure is recovered.SOLUTION: A change-over switch 53 switches the power supply from a commercial power supply, which is a first power supply for a shutter apparatus that is an opening and closing device, to an electric generator that is a second power supply in emergency. The change-over switch is disposed so as to be stored in a guide rail 6B, which is a storage member having an opening part 34B that can be freely opened and closed with a cover member 40. On a rear surface 40B of the cover member 40 that is rotatable around a hinge, a protrusive member 90 is disposed. The protrusive member is a cover member full closing prevention means in order to prevent the cover member 40 from closing to the fully closed position when an operation part 62 disposed so as to face the opening part 34B is located at a position between a center position where the operating part takes horizontal posture and a rotation limit position on lower side within a rotation range of the operation part 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】停電が復旧したとき、切替スイッチを操作して電力を供給するための電源を第２電源から第１電源へ切り替えることを忘れるのを防止することができるようになる開閉装置の電源切替装置を提供すること。【解決手段】非常時に、開閉装置であるシャッター装置の第１電源である商用電源から、第２電源である発電機へ切り替えるための切替スイッチ５３は、蓋部材４０によって開閉自在となっている開口部３４Ｂを有する収納部材であるガイドレール６Ｂの内部に収納配置され、ヒンジを中心に回動自在となっている蓋部材４０の裏面４０Ｂには、開口部３４Ｂと対向して配置されている操作部６２が、この操作部６２の回動範囲のうち、水平姿勢となる中央位置から下側の回動限位置までの位置にあるとき、蓋部材４０が全閉位置まで閉鎖動作することを阻止するための蓋部材全閉動作阻止手段である突出部材９０を配置した。【選択図】図１４
